Dafydd Williams, a TAPS writer, who was shortlisted in the 2008 'It's My Shout' Competition for his 10 minute film 'Ben's Den' will have his 10 minute Monologue 'Angel y Bore' performed at Theatr y Maes on Wednesday August 5th. Dafydd who writes in both Welsh and English is delighted. "I've been on the fringes for a long time, but it was the TAPS courses and the Cyfle Writers Weekends that finally gave me the confidence I needed to push forward". The winning writer of Sherman Cymru's Script Slam gets the opportunity to meet the literary team from the Theatre in order to develop the script further.
